My modelling career has only been to model the physics of light and electricity interactions of third-generation solar cells, typically with Bemax, Lumerical, Comsol, Igor and Matlab computer languages and programs. My Transfer Matrix Model for the calculation of thin-film optical inteference and photocurrent generation (via the formalism of Pettersson et al. J. Appl. Phys 1999) in matlab is freely available here (CC-BY-SA).
